You may return any unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The return window closes 14 days after you—or a person designated by you (excluding the carrier)—physically receive the goods.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in original condition, with tags still attached. Returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted or refunded.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if returned goods show signs of excessive handling that diminish their value. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may be delayed until we receive the returned items.
Please note:
The right to cancel does not apply to customers who are not EU citizens, and whose primary residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of purchase.
To reduce unnecessary returns and environmental impact, 7thStudio does not cover return shipping costs.
